Responsibilities:
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: Consults and partners with HRBPs and clients to identify National and Expatriate employees L&D needs for Venezuela and Trinidad. Provides subject matter expertise and designs appropriate training solutions according to specific customer needs. Advises HRBPs, supervisors and employees regarding Learning tools (Learning Management System, etc.), policies and processes available. Partners with Venezuelas Human Resources Business Partners to ensure appropriate implementation of corporate programs in local businesses.
SELECTION: Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for permanent and temporary positions within Venezuela. Partner with the LA Strategic Staffing Advisor to implement the staffing projections in the LA strategic staffing plan.
Requirements: Bilingual. Minimum of 6 years in similar roles. Excellent Communication - Networking - Consulting - Presentation Skills.
